SP Aktif enters into management contracts with major financial institutions and thereby raise investor funds for investment in selected opportunities. Such management contracts include profit sharing opportunities.

Transaction services and general corporate advisory services are logical extensions of SP Aktif’s core business and include feasibility reviews, business plans, valuations, capital raising documentation and placement, due diligence reviews and engagements on merger/ acquisition mandates.
